I understand that hunting, firearm handling, traveling on rural land, outdoor recreation, use of vehicles and equipment, and movement on unfamiliar terrain involve inherent and serious risks, including the risk of severe injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, animal encounters, environmental hazards, navigation mistakes, third-party acts, and other unforeseen dangers.

I voluntarily choose to use HuntIntel in connection with these activities and knowingly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, obvious or hidden.

I understand that HuntIntel is only a software platform for coordination, mapping, recordkeeping, and club management. HuntIntel does not supervise hunts, control users, inspect land, verify legal boundaries, guarantee safe conduct, or provide professional safety, legal, or emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge HuntIntel and its owners, operators, officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my use of the platform, my participation in hunting or outdoor activities, my presence on any land, my interaction with other users, or my reliance on information displayed in the platform.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HuntIntel and its owners, operators, officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to my conduct, my use of the platform, my hunting or field activities, my violation of law, or my violation of any third-party rights.

I understand that maps, parcel overlays, waypoints, routes, weather, check-ins, and other data may be incomplete or inaccurate, and I will not rely on HuntIntel as a substitute for safe judgment, situational awareness, legal compliance, or independent verification.

This waiver is binding on me and on my heirs, estate, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns.

By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read it, understand it, and voluntarily agree to it. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
