These terms apply to all users, including club owners, administrators, members, guests, and any person using the platform or related services.

HuntIntel provides software tools for hunting club management, reservations, map-based property coordination, check-ins, sightings, waypoints, and related organizational features.

HuntIntel is an informational and coordination tool only. HuntIntel does not supervise hunts, provide law enforcement, verify legal compliance, or guarantee safety, access rights, land boundaries, or user conduct.

You are solely responsible for your conduct, decisions, and activities in the field.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, licensing requirements, firearm rules, land access rules, and wildlife rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit, including property information, waypoints, sightings, reservations, and check-in details, is accurate and lawful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may not use HuntIntel to harass others, trespass, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, or interfere with platform operations.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time if we believe these terms, applicable law, or safety expectations have been violated.

Map data, parcel overlays, GPS coordinates, weather, route guidance, and property boundaries may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

You must independently verify your location, property boundaries, permissions, and safe route decisions before acting on information shown in the app.

You retain responsibility for content you submit to HuntIntel, including names, descriptions, photos, waypoints, map objects, sightings, and club-related information.

You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of others or any law.

HuntIntel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuntIntel and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for personal injury, death, property loss, trespass, wildlife-related incidents, firearms-related incidents, lost profits, or data loss arising from or related to use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of HuntIntel after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
